FROM HART BRIDGE:
Exit on Adams Street. At the SECOND light you will turn RIGHT onto Bay Street. Go to the SECOND light and turn RIGHT onto Newnan Street. We are at the corner of Newnan and Forsyth. Our office entrance faces Forsyth Street. Glass front doors with 200 above the door. We are across Newnan Street from the Florida Theatre, and across Forsyth Street from the Yates Building (Property Tax Office). There is metered parking on Bay, Forsyth and surrounding streets.

FROM MATTHEWS BRIDGE:
State Street ramp off the bridge. Go up to Newnan Street (1st turn past the Burger King on left side of road). Turn LEFT onto Newnan Street (you will be traveling south) to Forsyth Street. At the intersection of Newnan and Forsyth Streets you will see the entrance to our building facing Forsyth.

FROM 95 NORTH:
95 North to Main Street Bridge. Exit first HARD RIGHT (NEWNAN STREET) off the bridge. At the end of the exit ramp to road dead ends into Newnan. Turn LEFT onto Newnan. 1st light is Bay Street. We are on the RIGHT at the next light which is the intersection of Newnan and Forsyth.

FROM WESTSIDE:
I-10 to 95 North. Exit Forsyth Street. Go east on Forsyth. At the intersection of Newnan our office is across Newnan Street on the RIGHT.

FROM NORTHSIDE:
95 South. Exit Forsyth Street. Go east on Forsyth. At the intersection of Newnan our office is across Newnan Street on the RIGHT.

FROM RITZ-CARLTON, AMELIA ISLAND:
Go north on Amelia Island Pkwy. Turn right at the light onto Fletcher Ave. Follow for about five miles and turn left at the light onto Atlantic Avenue. After crossing Eighth Street, Atlantic Avenue becomes Centre Street. Turn left onto Fifth Street. Turn right onto Ash Street. Turn right onto Fourth Street. We are in the first building on the left, across from the Nassau County Health Department.

Parking

Metered parking surrounds our office. Parking is also available at:

  • Yates Building -- 630-1399 -- Tax Collectors Office - enter from Adams Street. There are some covered meters in the garage on the bottom floor. Use the first entrance, not the monthly entrance. These meters are rarely used.
  • Central Parking Lot #146 -- 356-9841 -- at Ocean and Forsyth Streets-- By the hour $2.00; By the day $6.00; Monthly $55.35.
  • Central Parking Lot #148 356-9841 -- at Newnan and Adams Streets-- By the hour $2.00; Monthly $55.35.
  • First Presbyterian Church's overflow parking lot at E. Adams and Newnan St. 354-8439. $58 per month plus tax.
  • Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Hotel/Daniel Building Facility. 360-8603. Spaces available for monthly with $10 deposit. Daily: $2 for the first half hour, $1 per additional half hour. $10 max./daily rate. $80 per month.
  • AXIA typically has one parking spot available in the flat lot behind our building for a guest. If available, you may request this spot by phone from your primary point of contact one hour prior to your appointment.

    The parking lot is off of Newnan, between Forsyth and Bay. At the gate, enter the code provided by your POC. Then park in spot #19. Our parking spots are designed for two cars — you get creative parking downtown — so you may be blocking in an associate. That's OK.
